Hi I’m Evan, a Cardiff based Filmmaker with a strong passion for storytelling that has lead me to 5 years experience in Documentary Television, filming and creating programmes for the BBC, viewed by millions.
I studied Film Production at one of the most well regarded arts universities in the UK before getting experience in the commercial industry in London before working on Netflix production Sex Education and then moving into Factual Television with the BBC, so I’ve had the chance to work on some amazing projects and work with brilliant people, but nothing can replace the creative control that working for myself offers.
As a journalist and filmmaker my interest in people is my biggest drive, I love to tell stories and capture life’s beautiful moments in all forms. I feel that video is a great way to tell a story when executed correctly, so be it a wedding, commercial or documentary, each carries a powerful story I’m always excited to help tell.

Capturing one of the most memorable days of two people’s lives is a privilege and something I feel so lucky to be able to call work. I adopt an observational approach, capturing the natural moments and not interrupting the natural flow of the day, while also striving for every shot being the best it can be. My goal is to deliver a film that will best reflect the day and give you something to look back on forever.
When you ask me to capture your wedding you’re not just hiring a Videographer, you’re putting your confidence in someone who approaches their work in a professional, sensitive and detailed oriented approach.
